Olson Engage Shortlisted for Six Gold SABRE Awards

National accolades continue to pour in

CHICAGO (April 3, 2018) -- Olson Engage is among the most-nominated midsized firms on the just-released Gold SABRE Awards shortlist, with six campaigns up for one of PR's biggest honors.

Administered by the Holmes Report, a leading PR trade publication, the SABRE Awards are the most-entered PR awards competition and among the most prestigious honors in the field. Shortlisted Olson Engage campaigns included:

  • Elevate Minnesota: Meet the Elevators (Associations)
  • Jim Beam: JIM, the First Smart Decanter (Publicity Stunt)
  • Minnesota Timberwolves: The Timberwolves Launch a #NewEra (Entertainment)
  • Oscar Mayer: For the Love of Hot Dogs (Guerilla Marketing)
  • Skittles: The NFL Tastes The Rainbow (Sponsorships)
  • Starburst: All-Pink Starburst (Influencer Marketing)

Five of the six campaigns have previously earned national recognition this year, with Jim Beam winning two Shorty Awards last month, and Elevate Minnesota and Starburst winning Innovation SABRE Awards in February; Oscar Mayer and Skittles were also shortlisted in that competition. And Olson Engage was also named Outstanding Midsize Agency at March's PR Week Awards.

The awards-show success coincides with real business momentum, too, as the agency has recently won PR agency-of-record duties for both Papa John's and Days Inn.
