Olson Engage Wins Eight Innovation SABRE Awards

The agency has now won "Best in Show" three times in the show's five years

NEW YORK (FEB. 14, 2018) – Continuing a strong run of national recognition, Olson Engage was the most honored agency at the 2018 Innovation SABRE Awards.

The agency won eight trophies in a broad range of categories, including “Best in Show” honors for its work on Paqui’s One-Chip Challenge. The Paqui campaign won five awards on the evening, including honors for Digital Promotions & Activations, Earned Media, and Product Launch categories.

Other victorious Olson Engage campaigns included its work on Elevate Minnesota, a coalition of trade unions, which was recognized for the top campaign in the Public Affairs/Lobbying category, and Starburst, which won in the Best Use of Illustrations and Photography in its All-Pink Starburst campaign.

Six other Olson Engage campaigns were “shortlisted,” including work for BEHR, GE Healthcare, Oscar Mayer, Skittles and United HealthGroup. According to the Holmes Report, the major PR trade publication that runs the SABRE Awards, the 2018 competition featured the largest number of entries in the five-year history of the Innovation SABREs. Olson Engage has traditionally fared well in the show, winning Best in Show three times.

Short for “Superior Achievement in Branding, Reputation & Engagement,” the SABRE Awards are the most entered PR awards competition. It’s the latest in a series of national accolades for Olson Engage, which is currently a finalist for four PR Week Awards, including Outstanding Midsize Agency, and last year won at the Cannes Lions, Shorty Awards and One Show.
